APC meets all DOT requirements by implementing an Anti-Drug Plan and Alcohol Misuse Plan, as required by Title 49 Parts 40 and 199 of the Code of Federal Regulations.
We also meet the safety training requirements of our clients by maintaining a 100% compliance status within PEC and ISN training programs, as well as our own Fleet Safety and in-house Safety Programs.
